Where can I find a customer’s booking history?
To view a customer’s past activity bookings, you have two options: From the customer list: 📌 How to read the report Inside the “Multiple Booking/Cancellation” screen, the full list of activities is shown, not only the ones booked.The activities the customer has actually booked are highlighted on the right with a purple check.
